★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un incompétent. Le travail initial était incorrect (plaques collées croches et abimées) j'ai du y retourner et c'était encore croche. Aucun soucis du détail et aucun contrôle de la qualité. Le propriétaire n'accepte pas la critique de toute manière. Aucun carte acceptée, j'ai du trouver un guichet.
An incompetent. The initial work was incorrect (plates glued crooked and damaged) I had to go back and it was still crooked. No attention to detail and no quality control. The owner does not accept the review anyway. No card accepted, I had to find a counter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They did not do one thing like asked. The instructions could not be any clearer and everything is incorrect.
They ignored the pictures and instructions I sent them and decided to do it how they wanted. The font is different, the message is different, our logo is completely different and massacred. They gave us seven plaques that are 4x6 but one random plaque is 5x7.
Go to any other place, do not go here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I could leave zero stars. My order was NEVER filled. Gilles was asked to complete a sample and I provided a piece of the raw metal materials. I called several times for about 12 days and, though he assured me to not worry, the sample was never made. His engraver "can't be reached". What the hell? This happened about a month ago. I still have not heard from him. I do not recommend this place.
