★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called the bookstore today at 12:35 well within operating hours. An abrupt person came on, "Please Hold" she says. Several minutes have gone by .... I'm still holding...... still holding .... I believe they have forgotten my call .... still holding .... several more minutes now ..... hung up. Called back. Nobody answered; just got a message telling me to try again later. Poor customer service. Disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you order your books online you won't get notified once your order is ready. So, if you don't prepay they wont hold the books for you longer than a few days.
Impossible to reach anyone on the phone. Covid hours are not reflected on the web site :/
