A few months ago, my son Blake was shopping in your store and became enamoured with the Pyrrha charms. He told me of the history, the creators and the sentiments. His story was so touching and I felt proud that he was able to value the authenticity of such works of art. Then as Christmas came closer, he knew this was a gift he wanted to get for his Mom (me). The necklace he chose for me was “unsinkable”. Yes, I am crying as I write this because I’m not sure if Blake realizes that he is my anchor in my storms and is the biggest reason I am “unsinkable”. And Kathleen, thank you from the bottom of my heart for making my most precious gift happen! I know you went that extra mile to have the necklace brought in on very short notice and contact Blake when it arrived in time for Christmas. I will cherish this piece forever and wear it with pride. It’s people like you that care and help others stay afloat. Merry Christmas and a healthy and Happy New Year to you and yours from a very proud and grateful Mom. Luckily I knew what I wanted, if I had been browsing I would have left pretty quickly. If a shopper says they don’t need help then leave them alone It was the most uncomfortable shopping experience I’ve had in ages.

Since arriving in Canada due to horrific circumstances, retail therapy seems to help her exclusively at your shops. The staff has made a huge difference jn her ability to enjoy things once again. Z	Zoey Nelson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I never want to mislabel a small business, and still love the store itself, but a year later I still cannot believe how I was treated as an employee at Bella & Wren. Out of my many years in customer service and retail I only have positive things to say besides this instance. First off, in my interview I clearly stated I could not work Sundays, or at least needed to work after 1pm, I was scheduled every Sunday before 1pm. A friend while visiting the store set one foot in the door of our back room, and I was fired on the spot. I was never told this wasn’t allowed, or given any previous warnings and he did this without my knowledge as well. The young ladies working there were lovely, and I worked hard, similar to them… speaking with customers and helping them. Upon my humiliating firing by a very brash coworker I was told I wasn’t nice enough and was slacking, which was never brought up to me previously in any way. To this day it’s definitely a bad memory. I leave this message not to discourage shoppers, but to urge management to lead with kindness, understanding, and professionalism, as I now know what proper treatment is like.

I love the vibe of the store and that you can find something from casual to elegant. Most recent purchase was a stunning necklace for my mom. Purchased this online, which was very easy. Ready for pickup in store and gift wrapped. Two lovely owners that have really built something amazing and their team of staff are able to translate that into customer service. Definitely worth a check out.
