Trinity Wellness Centre is a multi-disciplinary clinic that treats your body as a whole instead of as fragmented pieces of a puzzle. It is owned and operated by Calgary-born entrepreneurs Scott Thompson who is a Manual Osteopath and Registered Massage Therapist, and Karin Thompson who is also a Registered Massage Therapist. Together they also own Serene Escapes Day Spa in NW Calgary.
Every client receives personalized attention at our wellness centre in NW Calgary. Your body is unique, and our goal is to help relieve your pain, push you toward your goals, and center your mind. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I fell down the stairs outside in early April. I had to go to hospital by ambulance as it was quite the tumble. Went to Chiro and just the same old treatment - it helped by I was constantly in pain. I went to Trinity Wellness and saw Richard (osteopath). He corrected issues that I had been dealing with for a VERY LONG TIME in one visit. Super nice man . . . very caring. I followed up my treatment the following week with the AMAZING Karin Thompson for massage. WOW!!!! I have been doing massage for years, and after hearing my history, Karin did techniques on me that have NEVER been done by a massage therapist to me personally EVER. Thank you, thank you, thank you! My next massage is already booked. HIGHLY recommend the folks and services provided at Trinity.

He was kind, confident, thorough and had good sense of humour. I also highly recommend Dimitri for his incredible accupuncture; total relaxation. And Chandrie for her graceful, yet powerful adjustments. True healers ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had my first visit with Susan for Acupuncture. She was extremely professional, but still very warm and friendly. You can tell that she’s very passionate about helping her patients. The atmosphere of the clinic is very relaxing, and the added benefit of direct billing to my insurance company was really convenient. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Susan to my family and friends. Looking forward to my next appointment

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used Trinity Wellness Centre because my massage therapist Dr Susan Newman was there. She is fantastic. Experienced and knowledgeable. Personable and professional.
She has since left Trinity to pursue her own wellness centre, Wellness on 1st, and I couldn't be happier for her.
I was confused and surprised that Trinity called me after Susan gave notice and parted ways. They offered me a discount to use one of their therapists. I thought this highly unprofessional, unethical and underhanded. I didn't respond.
Needless to say, I have visited Susan in her new location and it is fabulous. The space is as it should be. Bright, welcoming and serene.
I will not return to Trinity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve had such an amazing experience here with Dr. Kirsten for acupuncture! I came to see her to improve my overall complexion, but she has gone above and beyond and I feel great inside and out now! She takes the time to listen to my concerns and checks in each session to keep me accountable as I have such a hectic lifestyle! Every time I see her, there are results and I feel 100x better than before.
The ladies at the front desk are very lovely and helpful as well! The direct billing process with my insurance was very smooth!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently came to get cupping and a massage from my favorite massage therapist Jerry. Upon leaving I went to pay for my tip and my card was not working so I mentioned I would come back to give him a tip. I get a call informing me I owe for my massage, when in fact I don't owe anything, that my insurance coverage covers the treatment. I called the insurance company to figure out if there was a mistake and they informed me that Trinity didn't bill for the hour. I called and explained the same thing 5 times that I didn't owe and they needed to contact my insurance to correct the invoice and get the proper amount. The receptionist kept arguing that I owed and completely dismissed my explanation of the misunderstanding in amount owing, she would talk over me. I eventually got so frustrated that I wasn't being listened to, not to mention talked to like I'm retarded, when I felt the person on the phone was completely incompetent in her listening skills and costumer service skills. I will never be returning to this place ever. I see now why they change staff so often. Super disappointing and beyond frustrating. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really good quality massage, the treatment definitely left me feeling better. Unfortunately, the clinic felt dirty and my masseuse didn’t smell very clean either. Sucks because I really enjoyed my massage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Karin and her staff were extremely professional and friendly. I was very happy with my visit - from start to finish. Indeed, my massage was one of the best I've ever had. Karin took the time to learn a bit about me and asked what issues I had. I sit all day and was very tight in the shoulders and neck. She took the time to work on my problem areas but she also made sure she focused on some of the places where the pain was generating from. Thanks so much, I'll be back!
