H	Hades Tatsu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last time I was there, I had blood pressure checked by a nurse that acted like I was wasting her time. Dr was to prescribe some medicine then forgot. I would have been more impressed if I did not see both Dr. and Receptionist walking to the bar next door at 2:30 pm. Not worth the bother.

The place is under construction right now so it's pretty messy and dusty in there. The receptionist was friendly though and helped direct me to the right location.
C	Carmelo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hate doing this but 3rd time now, they don't answer the phone... You leave a message to have them call and never hear back from them. Dr. Atkin is great but it seams to be a poorly run clinic.
H	Hayley McNeill on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was looking for a new dr as I just moved to didsbury. (Work in Olds) only 1 doctor accepting new patients at the time, so I had to take him. With covid being a thing, my appt was done over the phone. We talked about me changing a prescription of mine, I wasn’t happy with the one i was currently on. He had to do research and call me back. A week later I got a call saying if it was ok to switch me to this other one, I said sure I’d try it. And he phoned it into shoppers in olds for me to pick up. I picked it up, PAID for it, drove all the way home to discover it was my OLD prescription. I had already had to borrow money from my boyfriend to pay for it, and then had to call and ask another dr to send a different order in for my boyfriend to PAY for again. When I called for an appt I had 1 month before I ran out, by the time I got something new to try like the original plan was, I had 3 days left. And wasted $60 worth on a thing of pills that we had to throw away because we cant return and get our money back.
S	S J on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since my last review seems to have been taken down, here it is again. This clinic is terrible. They hardly answer the phone, when you arrive for you appointment, you are always stuck waiting up to 30 mins after your appointment time and then once you are in, you are rushed right out. My doctor never seems to remember me, even though I’ve been a patient for 3 years and repetitively asks me the same questions without bringing my file into the room for the appointment.
C	Charlie Shar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poorly runned and disorganized clinic. I went in for a meet and great with one of their doctors as mine had retired. Staff (receptionist) was not wearing a mask and asked me to wear one that they provide. N95. I apologize and said I was unaware that I had to wear one as staff don't seem to be wearing their's. The receptionist insisted that I put it on. I asked if I have to wear one why don't you? She rolled her eyes as she pulled the mask over her mouth but not her nose. I sat in the boiling hot waiting room for 25 minutes after my appointment time. I watched the staff run around like chickens with their heads cut off. And again same receptionist again took her mask off and was going in and out of examing rooms. I got up and threw my mask in the garbage and told them to cancel my appointment. I'm taking my chances over at the new clinic with a registered nurse. To anyone reading this, I highly recommend that you do the same.
