★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a business, it is always difficult to launch a new campaign because one has to think of several points like the aim of the campaign, how to execute it, how it will benefit the business, how does the audience benefit from it, etc. However, what we often forget is where to get the personalized gifts for it from. I got to know about the Trillium Sales Group after my business partner recommended during one of the meetings. I have to say that the marketing gifts they have in their inventory are great for corporate gifting, something that I was able to get done quite adeptly this time around!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As an HR Manager, I know all about working on tight budgets for employee engagement projects. We had to give gifts of course, but I was thoroughly undecided.
I had browsed Trillium’s website, and even spoken to one of their executive, but was still in two minds owing to some of the reviews I had read. However, I finally went ahead with buying from Trillium, and I am glad I did. They were warm and courteous in their way of dealings, and the gifts we purchased were of good quality. Overall, a great place to buy promotional materials and gifts, for their range is quite expansive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was amidst a marketing plan that I got to know about Trillium Sales Group while looking for a brand that provides customized promotional gifts. Having kept my expectations dead low, I was in for a surprise of the ‘good kind’. The promotional items on offer were inexplicably better than what I expected. The range of products and customization techniques they provide is vast, and their experience reflects the way they render them. I opted for their engraving services and it was the best I have ever seen. I recommend Trillium to all brands who are thinking about purchasing promotional gift items in bulk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please stop calling me. I don't know how many times I've asked, but I'm guessing at least half a dozen times. When I asked them about adding me to their do not call registry, they said that they didn't have one. I shared that "according to federal regulations" & then they hung up. Please add a do not call registry for your callers and abide by the law.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware of persistent phone sales and most of all stay clear of this company especially salesman Robert. Completely fake and unprofessional. Very pushy sales and they don’t like to hear no for an answer. Robert was vulgar on the phone when I told him no, and then hung up on me. At best their products are average quality. Made one order in 2020 and hope to never hear from them again! Please read previous reviews to know more about their false tactics/sale pitches. Trillium Sales Group and Trillium Lifestyles I’ll be forwarding this unprofessional experience to all of my fellow colleagues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pay attention to the reviews that say they pretend to have spoken to someone prior, Robert from Trillium persistently called claiming to have spoken with our manager but had not, I don't believe blatantly lying to prospective clients is a good sales tactic.. More on our experience below.
We were actually in the market for some branded merchandise and asked for a quote. We were told we would receive the "best price" within our budget. When I told Robert that we had received a much better quote elsewhere he said he would beat it - $5 less per unit from what was his initial "best price". We were obviously interested so he said he would send us a document that we "simply had to sign and send back if we were interested" I said that would be great and we ended our call. He then proceeded to call 3 more times within 30 minutes, once to a manager's personal phone (I do not even know how he got the number). No sign of the agreed upon document, just several pushy, time wasting calls.. Needless to say we are no longer interested in doing business with this company, which I clearly stated in an email to Robert to which he responded by contacting me several months later (lying again by saying he spoke with the manager), to try and push another sale on us. I wouldn't recommend this particular sales person to anyone, take your business elsewhere and save yourself the headache.
