Trigger airsoft has an amazing website to navigate through all your airsoft needs, my order was shipped the same day it was ordered, it arrived within two days! โ โ โ โ โ Not only did they have an excellent customer service and shipped my FIRST airsoft gun ever quickly, they also are very straight forward and honest company. I always wanted to get into this hobby and now being 22 I pulled the trigger and got myself a G&G CM16. Man I cannot wait to start.

I would continue to buy from them. Keep it up trigger airsoft!!

โ โ โ โ โ Their customer service is top tier. I went into the store and was really happy both times (two different people too!). I expressed my inexperience and they were really patient in helping me get the proper PPE and walking me through everything I needed for my first airsoft gun.
And then when we ordered an airsoft gun online with them, Monica helped us with the 9000 questions we had and was incredibly patient and incredibly kind. 1000% recommended.

โ โ โ โ โ I would like to give a thumb up for its customer services. The story is that I bought a VFC urgi gbb and noticed the dust cover had an issue. Called in the sales dept., got a quick response like return label and request me to send it back for replacement. Great job - Trigger Airsoft !
Having this opportunity, I would like to say thank you for Trigger Airsoft to address my issue so fast. I did recevie the replacement this afternoon ( 17 Mar ). No hassle at all ! No doubt will keep purchasing products from the Trigger Airsoft.

I've bought from some stores in-province and had just about every problem you could think of. No problems with these guys. This is a pretty niche hobby and we need reliable stores.
