โ โ โ โ โ Disappointed with the professional series DR Battery for my notebook. Bought it Dec. 2014 and it quit working already. I put the old battery back into the laptop and it still works after 2 years of non-use.The Li-ion 10.8V / 8800 mAh 95 Wh battery just died and would not charge. What a let down. Of course it was made in China!

โ โ โ โ โ This is the 2nd battery I've purchased from them - (different branded laptops) . On both occasions, delivery was faster than expected and batteries were of above average quality : charged quickly and held up well to normal use .

โ โ โ โ โ Costumers service is really bad; I called in and you only have the possibility to record your message that never receives an answer. The most ridiculous thing is that if you order something even though you pick it up yourself they charge you at least 8$. Why!??! And watch out when you purchase the canon batteries, they don't specify the models apart from D model and then you find yourself with the wrong one and they refund you only the money for the battery. I won't never use their service again and they look like great cheaters to me

โ โ โ โ โ They sell unreliable products and don't stand by them. Bought one of their replacement batteries for my MacBook Pro and within a year it had already started to swell. Within 2 years, it suddenly expanded so much that it cracked the trackpad on my machine. Thank God there wasn't a fire.
Contacted the company and they told me it wasn't their problem. I'd be very careful buying their products; they are cheaper than manufacturer's batteries, but they certainly don't seem as reliable or safe.

โ โ โ โ โ SCAM - BE CAREFUL - DON'T BUY !!!!! Purchased HP laptop adapter in April 2020. Received broken item. Asked for return label since item was broken. I've been told I have to pay for shipment. Shipped on my cost, received confirmation item was delivered. Sent couple of emails but no respond so far. Do not recommend to deal with this supplier. They have stolen $50 from me.
