Our strata is semi-rural with number of extra features an urban strata does not have. Diana has provided great support through a number difficult situations and Gateway fees are good value for the service.

Both Phil and Cindy address any questions or concerns promptly and efficiently. They notify us immediately of any issues that arise with the property and have contracted a team of very reasonably priced trades people to deal with maintenance issues. They proactively look after required annual maintenance without having to be asked or reminded. We highly recommend this team.

I've been working with different staff people over the last 10 years and everyone I interact with, has been incredibly helpful. They are by far the most helpful property management company that I work with.

It's the most unprofessional management company out there. If I could give it zero stars I would. I have mold growing in my windows Becease they are broken yet they charge 1000+ for rent a month...
