Called Tri-Rom this morning to diagnose and fix an industrial oven with new motor. Dennis was here an hour later and solved the issue. Great customer service, friendly, and knowledgeable.

I was helping a friend with her air conditioning and heating after calling towards end of the day because I didnt understand the type of thermostat I was able to talk to Dennis he willingly tried to help and even at that later in the day moment he drove out to us and quickly resolved all the issues with a professional manner .. My furnace - Carrier Infinity 96 stopped working on Dec 31 2015. The installer of my furnace "Service Plus" - made many excuses why they could not come. I said it is winter, they are the installer in 2007 and they should be here. I may have made 6 calls to the dispatcher - Shanon (rude person). She always stated that i call another company. After a second company came on jan 4th they could not fix it. They told me that the Carbon Monoxide levels were high. Asked that i call the carrier dealer. When i called Service Plus again and said that another company found high levels of CO when the furnace was turned on. She said she could not find a person until the following day in the afternoon. I called Tri-Rom and they came the same day (Friday the 8th) in the afternoon. The lady at the reception (Tigen) at Tri-Rom was pleasant and wanted to help immediately. On that Friday Tri-Rom diagnosed and ordered the parts to be here on the 12th January 2016. The installer from Tri-Rom - Pete - friendly, excellent people skills, pleasant to talk with and was helpful in answering my questions and was her on time. This is excellent service from Tri-Rom. . To anyone who reads this - I would say be cautious of using Service Plus after the experience i had with them. Nihal Maligaspe Kamloops, BC .

Called this company back in May to fix my air conditioning fan that wasnt working. It took over 4-5, maybe 6 visits, between 2 so called 'technicians', that progressed until August before they had it working. They lied, changed their story so many times, most of the time we just had no idea what was going on and all we could do was go along with what they said. We were sent multiple invoices all with incorrect pricing and poor documentation. When we tried to get to the bottom of the invoicing issues, by sending a few professionally worded email inquiries back and forth, we were then given the 'North Shore Shakedown' by the Owner Dennis. This guy came to my door, unannounced, after hours, verbally assaulting myself and my wife and accusing us of being rude to their secretary and also accusing us of not intending to pay the bill. My wife was ready to call the police, this guy was off the rocker. I tried to diffuse the situation and have a professional talk about my concerns about the invoice, but he was only concered about getting paid right now or un-installing the fan motor in my air conditioning unit. We paid him on the spot and gave up on trying to argue his poor logic and understand their poorly written invoices because we were scared he would do something. We will never ever deal with this company again. We are simply homeowners who hired a company to come fix a problem, we are not air conditioning specialists and a job of any professional service man is to always educate the customer so they understand and are on the same page. And now, after all this, my AC unit is making loud noises again. I will unfortunatly have to call and make another service appt with another company and spend even more money becuase this company, was unable to properly complete the job. I feel like people need to know about how this company operates so they dont have to deal with what we had to.

Dropped into their shop beginning of December 2019 & spoke with Chad about mounting my electric fireplace which was a complicated setup. I provided him with photos, manual and measurements and he said he'd call me. Couple of weeks went by without a call, so I phoned him. He said he'd like to come over & see for himself. He came over took measurements and photos saying he'd get back to me.....that was mid-December. It's now mid January, if he is unable or unwilling to do the job, the least he could have done was let me know.

The techs were time and cost efficient. They were friendly, and provided very good workmanship. I would highly recommend Tri-Rom.

Dennis and the rest of his team are very professional, responsive, caring, on time and knowledgeable. Very pleased with my new tankless hot water system from initial assessment to its complete installation. Excellent service of my heating system and fireplace as well as replacing all my valves and hoses in my bathrooms and kitchen. Exceptional prompt response to my call when my furnace was not heating the way it should be. Dennis was at my home within an hour and rectified the problem within minutes. I am so thankful and grateful to have Tri-Rom to take care of my heating, cooling and hot water systems of my home from now.

Dennis came by and checked our furnace and it was determined that we needed a new one. Within a week Pete and another man I can't remember his name arrived to install the new furnace. They arrived earlier than their scheduled time and within 3 hours the new furnace had been installed and was running smoothly. The price for the install was less than I was expecting. I would recommend them to everyone in need of HVAC services
