★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have never have any problem with Tri-city Family Practice before. But there is one kinda new receptionist super rude. All other receptions are very kind and friendly. I knew it will be hard whenever I call the dr’s office and that new lady answers it. I wish she is gone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have our family doctor Dr. David Warner here and he’s been my doctor for roughly fifteen years. Professional, competent and a kind doctor. I am lucky to have him as my doctor. My wife and I see him for our health issues. We have already moved to another, more distant city but I will keep my doctor and his clinic, endure the occasional drive out, just to continue with the benefits I get from their services.
The Tri City Family Practice medical clinic is an exceptional clinic in terms of observing adherence to appointment schedules. You can expect them to respect your time. None of those horror stories of waiting an hour or more for a doctor to see you for your scheduled appointment.
Receptionists are almost entirely very accommodating and empathetic. “Almost” because there is an occasional flaw by one. Nothing that added training and positive feedback can’t fix. Definitely will endure the inconvenience in exchange for the on-time scheduled appointments and professionalism of the three doctors here. (If you need to urgently see your doctor at a certain date and he’s unavailable there is always another physician who can be scheduled to see you.)
