I one started you for your hypocrisy. Called on Friday 6th to book an out-of-province inspection appointment for the next week. Even if we had to choose among many disponibilities, I booked on the earliest appointment on Monday the 9th at 9:00am. I told the secretary I have health issues and would bring my cleaning detergent at my own expanse because of serious allergy purposes and discussed about the possibility of renting a car without perfume but it didn't matter if they could not provide this service. Nothing wrong so far. Sadly, for emergency, safety and health reasons we had to cancel the appointment on Monday morning and called as soon as they opened. Since I was referred by a friend, I told the gentleman I was sorry and wanted another appointment saying their business seemed to have good quality service. He seemed annoyed and was in a hurry to hang up on me, declining the possibility to postpone the appointment. He said to call back. The next day, I called back. The secretary redirected me to another gentleman now claiming their inspector was busy and couldn't take us before a month and a half or 6 weeks. Skeptic, I told him that there were plenty of openings for the current week, to which he replied I had my appointment in an opening. I knew then they were lying and didn't want to provide us service. The next day, Wednesday the 10th, a friend of mine called the mecanic for scheduling a "fake" out-of-province inspection. She could have got an appointment on the next Monday. I can't believe people with diagnosed health issues or handicaps are beeing denied of service in 2021. Feels so wrong to me. Anyway, if they are as hypocrite with people as they are with the cars they fix, I would totally not trust them. Would have prefer hearing that they were not interested in doing business with me instead of being treated like a fool.

This shop stands out from others that I have done business with. They are people who are interested in your car and it's safety. I was just in to replace a wheel bearing yesterday but they fixed other things that needed attention for me(showed me what was wrong) ( asking me if I would prefer used parts to reduce the cost ). Because they knew I was on a tight budget. And took care of my needs. Special thanks to Rob the mechanic and Jordan the receptionist and the rest of the family there at Tri-City auto. Friendly and efficient!

As always, the team is great to work with. They always make me feel like a top priority and that my best interest is their main concern. They are always fare and go out of their way to assist and help solve my needs. There's a reason I've been going to them for years and will continue to do so.

Broke down in Sooke. Noticed this auto shop and didn’t have a choice as to what garage my truck was going to make it to. This was the best place to have a break down. The Team at Tri City Automotive are awesome! Straight up analysis of my vehicle. Told me the exact cost. And delivered over the top courtesy towards us and my vehicle. Free courtesy car! Thank you so much for getting us back on the road! and thanks Josh for working on your birthday, which also happened to be my girlfriend’s birthday. What are the chances?! Great family-owned shop, highly recommend!

Been using tricity for a while now. They're always fair with their pricing and really know their stuff. They will tell you if a repair is needed or not. Not trying to sell you repairs you don't need. The courtesy cars are nice too. Highly recommend

I’ve been coming to this family-run business for over 15 years with several different vehicles we have owned. They are honest, incredibly fair and take the time to explain the work they have done while always finding ways to save us money. We’ve brought our vehicles in for pre-inspections before purchasing and have saved us from buying a lemon. The most recent visit today, I popped in because the locks on both back doors weren’t working. Even though they were smoking busy, Josh stopped what he was doing and fixed them both within 5 minutes for me. They have a great fleet of courtesy cars and will get you in for an appointment quickly. We recommend them to friends and family, all who have been pleased with the work.
