I am giving Trevi Blainville 2 stars because of an excellent sales service from Yassine, which I would give Yassine 5 stars (wow, this guy is dedicated and understands his customers needs - Bravo Yassine!!) and mostly because of a horrible service. It has not even been 1 year since we purchased our 3rd pool from Trevi, that from the second month, the pool liner of our all concrete pool was lifting from the bottom and it was like we were walking on air. We called Trevi to come and take a look / fix the problem first in August, 2021, we were given a service call, no one showed up, then after following up, we were apologized to, then another service call was given, the tech arrived, looked at the pool and said, nothing was wrong and left - then the team who comes and closes the pool for the winter, showed up and said, we can not close it, there is a big problem with the liner and needs to get fixed... Then Jimmy comes along... This guys does not know anything about customer service, OR, he deals with way too many complaints that does not have time to take care of them as they should be... We were promised by Jimmy that the issue will be fixed in the spring... Spring is now upon us and like Jimmy promised a tech comes... looks at the pool and says, nothing is wrong... after we push him to look closer, he changes his answer to, oh yes... that is a big problem, but I can not fix that, and passes us to another team, who... never shows up 3 weeks later. We hired a pool service company to fix the problem, and asked Trevi to cover the bill because they are too busy to handle the job themselves... Jimmy says no... Hey Jimmy, we spent over $200 000 with Trevi between 2015 and 2021... Really, you can not take care of a $1500 service bill! Good job.

Bought defected liner, when returned they told me the process is to buy new one and install it and if successful we refund the first one, because this proof that you have the right pool size(I found out later that I am eligible for exchange at the first place). Came back after successfully installing the new one, they denied the promise. Even the staff hinted that he knows about the promise but can’t witness against his boss(powerless in front of his manager) anyway why I would buy exact size liner from same place same day. Fyi. The Director asked me to keep the first liner at the store for full refund. Bottom line, I will get my money in court not worried(my lawyers will take care of them, it is about principle ). But I wouldn’t personally trust the directors or the staff there and I don’t think anyone else should trust them(as other mentioned). I deeply feel that both Stephan and Emanuel (Directors ) have not been honest with me and I feel badly mislead. Also, feel scummed and I will fight it in court not only for me but for people who can’t afford the cost of the court. if you have similar issue with them or been mislead by this business, please reach out to me I will be happy to cover your legal cost. As other said, I would highly recommend avoiding this business at all cost.

I wish I could give this store zero stars. This year, as every year I took my water for testing. The results seemed weird, because it indicated that I needed a lot of salt. I followed the recipe, but didn’t add the salt, because my generator was indicating a level within range. I went back with a fresh water sample after adding all the ingredients, but again the analysis I indicated that the salt level was low, even lower than previous testing (0 ppm). I advised the person performing water analysis that the level on the generator is 3700 pm, but they said it was wrong and to trust their analysis. I added all the chemicals this time thinking that the first test produced a spurious result, but after 24 hours my salt level indicator on the generator is 5900 pm and the chlorine level is out of control, despite having added a litre of chlor out and decreasing my generator from 30 to 10%. Wanting to make sure that the generator is correct, I verified the salt levels with a strip test and sure enough it is above 5200 ppm. At the third trip to the store they retested the water and sure enough the salt is at 5980 ppm, exactly as my generator indicated. Another trip and 1.5 hours wasted in traffic. They admitted that the person who did the analysis previously should have noticed that all the values on the analysis sheet were 0 ppm and that should have made them conclude that the analysis was wrong. I was told that high salt is ok, but having checked the Hayward's website, it would actually cause damage to my brand new gas water heater. Based on the calculations, I have to remove over 17 000L of water from my pool (60%), waste more money on chemicals and spend more time back and forth driving to the store to retest the water. Not to mention that the cashier whom I asked to call the manager rolled her eyes on me when I said that I can’t wait, because I’m 39.5 weeks pregnant. This lack of respect is horrible. That young lady was disrespectful enough to be wearing her mask below her chin (new normal I suppose) to the point that I had to remind her to put it on correctly. When I kept insisting that I need to speak to the manager, she just turned her back on me when I said that she was behaving unprofessionally. I find this type of behaviour completely unacceptable and intolerable. How is this person still employed? I have wasted hours driving back and forth to the store trying to get the water balanced, wasted hundreds of dollars on chemicals, only to have to do it all over again, because someone made an error twice and the third person said it was "ok" to have a high salt water levels, even though the analysis sheet clearly indicates that this is not ok and certainly the manufacturer warns about it on their website, not to mention the giant sticker on my water heater that warns against its use if the pool chemistry is incorrectly balanced. So amid a very hot week, I am spending an entire week back and forth trying to balance my pool chemistry instead of actually enjoying my pool. Thank you Trevi Blainville team. You should be proud of yourselves. This is the quality service you provide.

If you need to buy something expensive, they have the Financeit. But I don't suggest it. In the store we were told that the financing is free for the first 12 months. But in reality the interest rate was calculated for 10 years and was added the main amount. Be sure that the final credit amount will be double because of it. Also they added the insurance that you don't need and you never ask. And this is your business to cancel it. We made the initial payment in the store of the 500$, but it was very difficult to cancel this transaction. They said that impossible to cancel the transaction through the terminal. Is only one possibility to receive our remboursement - is by check. 14 working days have passed, but we are still waiting for reimbursement.

Terrible customer service. We arrived to buy a heat pump for our pool and was serve quickly, got great advice and purchased the heat pump. We were told that for $100 it can be delivered to our house and two guys will place it directly where it'll go in the backyard. We said we would think about it and we were given the number to contact when we made a decision. I called multiple times and left messages and no one ever answers or calls back. So finally we decided to go back in person to schedule a delivery. We were told by a new guy that the delivery would be two men who bring the heat pump directly to its location. Great! Delivery day arrives. Our doorbell rings at 6:58am (everyone asleep). And it was one guy with a jigger. He couldn't even make it into the backyard if he wanted to. So he left our heat pump in our driveway. We had to urgently call family to come help us move the unit into our garage so no one would steal it. Now I have this huge machine in my garage that we had to move there, all for $100. We contacted customer service at head office and the lady pretty much told us "too bad for you, nothing we can do about it". And then she sent our email to the Blainville store, and we're still waiting on a response. Absolutely garbage service. Don't waste your money!!!!

When in the store for a visit only and got out with a Spa ! The service we had by Nathalie Laroque was amazing , very informative , honest, and most efficient, listening our needs was important for us. Nathalie didn't force the sell , she walks us throughout what's the best for us and took the time to EXPLAIN all we need to do , from the right Spa to the loan ! Thank you to Trevi Blainville a great team ,service and price ! I strongly recommend this place
