Trent worked extremely efficiently with me to find exactly what I was after in my price range. He looked at over 5 properties with me in the process, and was always available on short notice to show me. When I showed interest, Trent would look into the house to make sure it was all structurly sound, and if anything was suspicious to him, he would point it out to me. I would recommend Trent to anyone! From individuals looking for a first home, to those looking for a commercial property. He is extremely honest, hard working, precise, and everything a great realtor should be.
