On his advice our house sold on the second showing! He answers a clients most mundane questions via text most reliably.
Would certainly hire him again .

It turned out to be one of the best decisions I could have made. Gord has gone over and above our expectations and is by far the best realtor we’ve ever dealt with. He is personable, knowledgeable and is willing to do what it takes to get the house sold. We were able to get the house on the market in a short time and sold it quickly over asking price. Overall, I would highly recommend Gord to anyone selling or buying a home in Kamloops.
