★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While the product is excellent, and they clearly have talented engineers, their actual customer service support is notably absent. With billing issues, their service provider "Digital River" directs you back to Trend Micro tech support phone line, or the useless web site.
So far impossible to reach with an issue related to my subscription, I'm about to dump this company and have Visa charge them back, rather than try to navigate their endless customer "service" loop.
