★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice flat trail in Brae Island Regional Park. The 4.2 km loop trail starts at the parking lot and follows along the Bedford Channel to a beautiful viewpoint at Travistock Point. There are a few side trails that lead to lookouts to the channel and the Fraser River. Depending on the time of year the mosquitos can be quite numerous so bug spray is recommended.
