E	Ema richardson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing Experience!!! Room was elegant and cleaned; the bed was comfortable. Qualified staff offering friendly and helpful service. Breakfast was fresh. The atmosphere was welcoming, and I really enjoyed staying here. I would highly recommend it.

Arrived in Wetaskiwin and went in an paid for my room. Only to be told 4 hours later that we required a deposit. We were told no exception can be made as it is policy. Now we have nowhere els to go. In freezing cold on Thanksgiving as all the other hotels in our price range are booked. I understand running a business. But its Thanksgiving and kids are involved. I certainly hope they are happy with their business practices. I will not be returning. Ever. Not that it will matter to them

g	glen korchinski on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called on a Thursday to verify availability booked through wyndham rewards on Friday Then called to verify my suite upgrade immediately after booking and inform of my arrival on Saturday at 6. On arrival my suite was given out and had to deal with one of the most rude people I have ever met at a Wyndham hotel desk no discount offered only a upgrade to a room with 2 beds for one person for 2 days argued with me about booking even though I repeatedly asked her to stop and just book me in because nothing could be done as someone was in my room booked. She canceled my reservation causing me to have to rebook and have wyndham call to rebook and negotiate with her

I went online to book and there are minimum 7 available in the 95$ price and even more listed higher. Not booking there Just because of the very rude lady on the phone.

Dirty plastic table clothes. I was not able to get a refund since I booked online. My teenage daughter was extremely mad that we could not leave. Do not book here!
