★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was sitting in my truck with my wife minding my business when the Dominos delivery driver backed up and parked right next to me even though there was so many open other spaces. This was fine until he got out of his silver minivan and hit my truck door pretty hard and and all he said was sorry. Now there's a big gouge and scratch on my door which I am not happy about whatsoever. Sorry doesn't cut it....He was about 5'10, about 200+ pounds and had glasses. Why he couldn't have parked somewhere else is beyond me with an empty parking lot. We are not impressed. I didn't even get his name cause he left to go into the Dominos pizza store....guess marking up someone's truck means nothing to him....didn't even ask if I wanted it fixed. So not cool. This was about 9:30pm june 8 2021. All he did was look at me and left.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was my first time ordering from this company. I ordered delivery, it was delivered on time. I ordered 2 pizzas, pasta and drinks. As I was eating my pizza I noticed there was a hair in bedded in the cheese. I called the company and told them about the incident. They offered to deliver another pizza, I said no. They offered a store credit, I told them it's my first time ordering from them and I have no intentions of ordering again. I asked if I can get some credit back, they said they couldn't do that and there was nothing else they could offer. I think it doesn't make sense that they couldn't give me any credit back on the first purchase I made with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Edit: I appreciate the response. You guys have made an incredible change and it has shown. Literally every single time I've gone in and my order says ready, it has been ready. The original comment (below) was definitely from before you took over, and I could not have been more pleased with the speedy service you have now.
Things need to change. If an order is not ready, do not mark it as ready. This is the second time in two visits I've had to wait 15 minutes AFTER the app and their TV says the order is ready.
This is not acceptable.
