Awesome and spacious rooms.
Nice and decent view from the rooms.
Best part of the hotel is staff. Specially Mr. Attiander. He help us alot to know about nearby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything was poorly cleaned (or not at all) upon arrival. Holes, cracks, peeling paint on the walls. Drains are plugged. Cold air was blowing right through the wall from under the window (air unit was not on). Floor was un level and sinking in places when stepped on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give a -10 rating I would, all I can say is do not book here. There are 2 motels down the street that we heard from family are fantastic I suggest staying there.
We went to check in and the guy helping us had no clue what he was doing. There were 2 adults and only 1 key was given wich didn't even work and then stopped working on our last night. Our room was totally DISCUSSING the curtains were completely stained and looked like they haven't been washed since the 70's, our bathroom sink leaked all over the floor ever time we washed our hands, there was a half used bar of soap in the shower, and to top it off the last night we were there the roof leaked on us waking us up at 4am. The hotel was empty the whole weekend we were there with 3 cars in the parking lot. Not really sure why with no one at the hotel why they would give us that room. All I can say is stay away. I will also be going to the health board about the condition of the room.

When you deal with travellers from all over including the states how the hell can you not accept American express!? I was almost completely screwed over because of this. Never thought I'd ever come across a major hotel chain that did not accept a credit card, what a joke!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely horrendous customer service in both hotel and bar facilities. Extremely disgraceful and unsanitary. Rude staff in bar and off sale, outdated in bar.
Management is extremely disrespectful and rude and absolutely without a doubt the biggest disappointment of the whole building.
Needs to be torn down, pricing in every area is over rated and over priced for the actual amenities.
Management very unkind, very disrespectful and extremely disgraceful and poor in services of the hospitality industry.
Banned for asking for managements contact details for leaving a complaint for treatment and unorganization of rooms and occupied rooms after being shown an occupied room before purchasing in the middle of the night, and being yelled at by staff for requesting for management due to disrespectfulness of bar and front desk clerk.
Absolutely hideous beyond any other hotel or bar service ever experienced before.
Hotel needs to consider new management, especially, and also train their staff on what customer service requires and is expected in the hospitality industry.
Extremely dissatisfied and appauled by the knowing of how management and customer service and proper treatment just as a normal human should have been provided.

Restaurant was closed, supposed to open within a week or two. Soundproofing could be better. If passing this way again will probably stay here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For the 20 days that I stayed here my room never got cleaned once for 100 bucks a night you would think they would clean your room more often. Brand new hotels ask for the same price but you get a quarter of what u would grt there. Only good thing to say about this place is the wifi and the comfy beds with stains on my sheets. Kinda sad
