R	Reg Cook on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Travel away from this travel lodge. We arrived at 4:30 afternoon and attempted to get a room. The owner / manager would not compete with the online rates or offer any seniors or AMA discount or anything of that nature. He suggested we make the booking online while standing in the office. So I did that but there was an error in the date and it was booked for the following day. The front desk person could or would not alter the date. I tried to cancel online but the system would not allow it. It was 22.5 hours before the check in time and they would not help rectify the issue. The manager was rude and obnoxious and suggested an alternate hotel down the road. Good business practice - NOT. We went to another hotel down the road and they had no problem matching the online rate as well as an AMA discount. This hotel operator has no clue how to run a business. Worst customer experience ever at a hotel. Stay away from this travel lodge. It did not look like an attractive place to boot. Very dated and dirty looking.

I suspect that several long-term "guests" in this motel are having their rooms paid for by the provincial government (hint, hint). From 3am until 6am, they wander around looking for drugs and butane, play music, shout at each other, etc. This is part hotel, part "homeless" shelter and should be avoided.
K	Kaitlyn Connors on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Filthy room, yellow and orange water, had to spend nights elsewhere as it was so bad, we asked for a queen bed and were given a double we were getting crazy itchy from the bed sheets, worst hotel experience ever I DO NOT RECOMMEND
R	Rick Pappin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very clean and well managed... we were referred to this location by the Ramada in William's Lake . . . But the Ramada didn't tell us the 2 different Brands are owned by the same investment group! The Travelodge has a very pleasant breakfast nook for the Continental Breakfast, I will attach a photo shortly.

I was in 206 and had bed itch. for my partner it was so bad she cried to sleep a couple nights. The water was brown and even after running it for 15 minutes was noticeably yellow. Absolutely unhappy. Ended up staying at family's house because I couldn't sacrifice any more sleep. Outlets didn't work outside so my old deisle had issues starting in the cold because I couldn't plug it in.
B	Brad Banman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So they will charge you for any dishes you leave dirty even if it’s just a plate and fork… or any thing in general an extra 20$, also they just put the room back without cleaning anything!!!! Check your dishes and bedsheets before use. the room service is incredibly lazy if they do exist at all.

G	Greg Wirth on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easy to find and good parking. Might be a little tight parking a trailer. Room was standard and clean. Staff was polite. Room had a fridge and TV but no microwave. I'm not sure about the yellow water comments because my water was clean. I booked online via Priceline a day before my arrival and had no issues.
