★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very fast and efficient. It does not seem like an overly busy location so for the most part I think that you can expect to get what you need done quickly. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was lots of parking available right outside the building.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very helpful staffs. This location is 10 times better than Toronto Transport Canada office. I was planning to Montreal Transport Canada office to get some advice on my Aircraft Maintenance Engineer's license. One of my colleagues suggested me this location, I thought rather than driving to Montreal I should give this location a try and I went there. The staffs were really patient and listened to my complicated issue, and provided me the best solution, they explained me very well. I strongly suggest this location to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very helpful staff. I’ve written all my exams here and have received other help over the years with ease. It’s great they have the option to .pdf a document and email it which saves the drive in to the office. I would’ve given 5 starts except for the condescending/don’t bother me tone I keep getting from one of the staff on the phone. Other than that, great service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slow communication, and unprofessional service. Took 8 days to answer an important email, and ended up having to postpone the exam. Dealt only with Lorie Riley so can't comment on the other employees... Much quicker service at Toronto office. Questions clarified and exam booked within hours same day.
