★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably the weirdest counselling I’ve ever received. Left me feeling very triggered as things were not transparent/explained. I spoke to other counsellor about the advice given & subtleties expressed and they were flabbergasted. Still not sure how to process it but no client (no matter their issues) should leave feeling this way.
