She has been there to help me find the answers and solutions without judgement or prejudice. She goes out of her way to always thank me for taking the time and willingness to share. As a result I have a great level of comfort and trust with Trish making the session comfortable and free of anxiety. I look forward to each session and am very grateful to have her guide me thru the challenges I face big or small.

She is a great listener, asks the necessary questions to have me share at deeper levels, and is simply a wonderful human being. I never feel rushed and appreciate her thoughfulness to helping me understand my situation. Even when I dated a person with pronounced narcissistic and borderline patterns, she didn't tell me what to do, but helped me to understand the situation better to make decisions that were best for myself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have always been skeptical of "therapy" my whole life with the only interpretation to draw from were tv/movies etc. After decades of lack of communication skills and depression, I opened myself up to the idea of counselling. I reached out to Darcy and was pleasantly surprised that my idea of counselling was completely wrong. The office is discrete and welcoming and not intimidating. She is professional, knowledgeable, caring, compassionate, and has a sense of humor. She gave me skills that I use everyday and have been eye opening. I have had ups and downs on this journey but I would have to say I owe my life to Darcy. I would recommend her to anyone.

I had seen counsellors previously but it wasn't until I started seeing Darcy that I truly felt seen and heard. Her kindness, empathy and compassion is equal to her extensive clinical knowledge. Through carefully guided and collaborative conversations, she hears my concerns and struggles, and helps me to reframe experiences in a way that challenges me to be my own catalyst for change. I always come away from a session with her with new tools in my toolbox and concrete take aways for moving forward. I cannot recommend her enough.
I have also had the opportunity to work with Nancy for my son...she is lovely. Very calming energy, understanding and wonderful for children.
