However, In the two or so years that I’ve been coming to the Training Pad, in itself an endorsement, I’ve noticed a significant improvement in functional ability, overall strength and general wellness. As someone who is well past the proverbial three score years and ten, I appreciate the individualization of my training program which continues to challenge me while recognizing my immediate limitations. A sincere recommendation.

Jason takes care of all of his clients, he prepares the workouts ahead of time, so he knows what you will be working on the day you come into train with any of the trainers. I have never in my life experienced the type of support I have received from all the staff there, and I thank them from the bottom of my heart. When you have a lot of weight to loose, it's the only place I have ever felt comfortable. Unconditional support ... more then what you feel you deserve sometimes ... but so important and for these reasons you should come and see for yourself why you should join us at Training Pad. You feel like your part of a big family. They make working out fun, but never forget why your doing what your doing. Thank you Training Pad!!!!

Their fitness knowledge is extensive and the training system is scientifically focused and individualized to help you achieve your workout goal. They are aware of your fitness goals and are constantly challenging you to not only achieve your goal but surpass it. This has personally helped me with my strength goals.
