★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked my appointment via telephone with Sean. Pickup was ontime. Received a call from the office one hour before pickup. Guys were efficient and professional. Paid via EFT which is so convenient.
My barrels arrived in Dominica one week earlier than expected ETA. I am truly impressed with their service now compared to a few years ago. Will definitely be using them again in the next couple of months. Thanks for making this service so seamless.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ⚠ WARNING!!!! BUYERS BEWARE. I have been using this company for years I've never had an issue until now.... I was placed on hold for more than 20 minutes! I called back to ask why the wait time was so long. I was told that I could either wait or take my business somewhere else. Business is blooming right??? REMEMBER, 7 times rise, 7 times fall, go figure. Just look at their rude responses at the one star ratings. Their favorite line is, we don't have record of you in our system. Just so you know my Google name isn't my business name. Please learn customer service, customers will trust you more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been using Tradespan Cargo company for several years and have always found them to be very professional and always on time. From the time of the initial call to the delivery of the items. They always follow up with emails advising about the pickup of the barrels, when the barrels have been shipped and when they arrive at the destination. They will call and give a 2 hour window on when they will be arriving for the pickup, thus giving some flexibility. Thank you guys for an awesome job. As my former pastor would always say "Keep up the good work". God bless you all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This has been the WORST experience I’ve dealt with a shipping company ever. I will not be using them again. The representative I dealt with was rude, didn’t have the correct information on shipping ( I know because I’ve used them in the past) and no comprehension of customer loyalty or how business works. There have been price increases based on global shipping and shortages which is understandable but DOUBLE?!?!? I called another shipping provider and the price is half. The overall experience of Tradespan is a very disappointing sad decline of a company. Save your money folks ship elsewhere.
