★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thumbs up to the quick service we got from Craig McCarron in High River when by just asking to possibly demo a SSV75P skid steer, to add to our fleet of Kubota units like this SVL90, was promised a machine to try and he had it delivered within the hour, and we bought the unit after just 1 hour of making sure it fit all our applications it is used for. Excellent service goes a long way on this farm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic. Your driver in a pickup truck and trailer, with a small excavator strapped down, changing lanes northbound on Highway 2 north of Airdrie nearly clipping my front end. No signal given, just a suicide lane change, leaving me to slam on my breaks. When I came up to him again he stared me down. Unbelievable. Find this trash and terminate them, protect your brand. Friday May 27th, around 1230pm.

Craig, in addition to dealing with the sale and questions, came out to our place to demonstrate various connecting and disconnecting procedures for our purchased accessories (fork lift, bucket, snowblower, and lawn mower). This personal touch enabled us to see Craig in action and allow us to witness more of his ample charm and engaging personality.
Craig is also a very good instructor/teacher, patient and understanding, willing to repeat steps as necessary.

Not only did Craig and Kubota go over and beyond to get us a baler in my yard to get my silage off in time after being completely screwed by another company. Craig came out and set the baler up and answered the many question I had to get my silage off right. Craig and Kubota knowing we didn't have many other options treated us fairly and even lowered the price on the baler after we had agreed on a price to help us out.
After an amazing experience, we will be returning to buy any future equipment and highly recommend Craig and Kubota
