They are flexible, reliable and friendly, no matter how crazy I make them with my endless changes and revisions. The team at Jane street took ownership of my request, was upfront and honest with me and advised me that they could get the request done in less than two hours but would require me to pick up the finished product at their other location at Keele and Highway 7. I had no issues with this as it was a last minute urgent request. I was able to get the finished product within the required time frame. Not only did they deliver on time the finished product was excellent. The quality was top notch. So pointers for 1st time clients such a me; due to COVID they will not accept walk in requests directly. Be sure to email the location with your request first. As well they will not accept cash currently. All payments must also be made on their website.
