It's a great place to work! Great benefits, perks, and lots of potential if you're willing to work hard.

After giving me dock they forgot me then after 1 hour 30 minutes i went to shipping/Reciving office again to remind them that someone is waiting to unload an express live load this is very unprofessional. I did not expected this from this company........

The company treats their longtime employees like they don't matter. You are just a number here. I dont feel like my job is secure. They have a turn over rate of 400 per year putting stress on long term employees to pick up the slack. They dont care to make their employees feel valid. There is always extra work to make up from another shift. Making my part and someone else's without getting any extra incentive

This is a good place to work and if your open minded to new ways of thinking and safety is number one! Fast pace place to work but reasonable. You are part of a team and everyone has there job to do to make the place run smoothly.

Yea I left a good review of this place don’t know what I was thinking don’t go here they just hired an employee who got a starting pay higher than they offer how is that fair to other employees who have actually put in work there and had to wait almost a year for full time but than they just hire someone and start that them at full time rate

Dear TTCA, I am curious about a few things. First our government has told us to self-isolate and we are prohibited from being in any group of 50 or more. How can you in good conscience continue to expect people to come to work in an environment of hundreds of people in a confined space. I find these action to be totally selfish, irresponsible and not in the best interest of public health. Also Canada has shut down all day cares and schools, meaning that parents have know one to watch their kids. You as a company are not allowing anyone to take time off to deal with this situation, you expect people to use all their EL days and vacation days, what if people do not have them? Do you really think this is fair? In a time of a global pandemic where we are told to stay home, practice social distancing and take care of one another, why can you as a company not do your part by having a temporary lay-off so that everyone can take care of their friends and families. I think it would say alot if you were to take a pro active approach to this and set a great example of what a socially responsible employer is. Or is it true what they say Toyotetsu.. Production, Quantity and Numbers First....People Last.

Worst interview I ever had. It was being done by the safety supervisor. He was pretty much jealous that I had much higher credentials than he did and asked me questions about experience they knew I didn't have because it wasn't on my resume. Total piece of $hit.
