Amazing experience and that's how it should be for structural and Decor. Christina was wonderful and gave us all her attention, shared expertise, provided feedback and guided us through the process. We were new to this and she made sure that all our queries are addressed and we leave as satisfied customers. Thank you Christina For Townwood homes - My only concern is that we were promised that we can increase height of basement during sale agreement process and when I went for structural, it was not allowed. I have sent many emails but no reply. So this is unprofessional and please advise.

ZERO Customer Service. ZERO for quality ZERO for workmanship. ZERO for CARE.....Too many new construct homes in my area with following issues: major water damage...high frequency of leaky roofs..can you believe.water from roof making its way through upper bedroom floors and then down another level to lower kitchen floor?...how does this happen?.....first reaction? not our problem...when they finally come to fix it ...it happens again (leak).......they do minimal fix...they don't care about the families who support them and believe in their products and bought a new house from them....I heard that the sons of owners now run the business and they just don't not care about their clients......brand new floors are shaky & noisy, as if they have been there for 100 yrs!!! they will tell you they don't hear anything and make you feel like you're crazy but the floor issue is real!! ...they have visited many times and then ignore you for months and months turn into years...TWH homes told their contractor to paint over water damage before the Tarion rep appt date instead of fixing the leaky issue? Anyone know why they would do this?....missing heating vents? how long have you been building homes? TWH?? swollen pipes, sink that suddenly fall apart from kitchen countertop because it was NOT secured properly in the first place? and you refuse to fix it because its passed the 1 Year Tarion Form?. yet other builders rushed to make their clients happy while you don't give a sh###....that really shows how much you care about your customer TWH....all you care about is profits instead of quality, professionalism and honesty... use VERY cheap kitchen and washroom cabinets provided by Oakdale Kitchens....if a tiny bit of water gets on its surface the cabinet it starts to swell. Upgraded to stairs but the steps are made out of composite cheap boards glued together that have different grains which easily dents. The staining of stairs is horrible..very degrees of inconsistencies..big black spots in areas, nails sticking out of steps..... trimmings have dents and chips everywhere in the house......paint blobs every you look..missing areas of paint on walls....you can see the rough brush stokes on walls.....rushed and sloppy workmanship/ cheap labour? what is the excuse TWH.....the public needs to know the truth about the kind of service, quality and workmanship that we are experiencing.....this is happening here and now.....photos to follow....I am not done...the list is endless....DEXTER SMITH...i can relate to your review....yes i experience the same thing too..."no price list for upgrades and its made up as they don't provide a price sheet" !..The you treat us TWH, i hope karma comes back to you and your family..it is the only way you will know how we (your customers) feel about how you are treating us!

have reserved the beautiful home in Mount Pleasant community by Townwood Home. A huge selection of floor plan with Great elevation, designs, upgrades & community. Many upgrades are included in the purchase price along with good incentives. The team is friendly and responsive as well as a great builder. I would highly recommend Townwood homes to friends and family.

Entire team responds quickly and professionally, recently had a very pleasant experience with Tamara, she took the time to explain every detail even after the sale & the colour selection was finalized.
