We recently purchased a used Sea Ray from this business, and were pleased with all aspects of the purchase. Dan was very helpful with our many questions and we were given a detailed session on specific aspects of handling and maintenance of the boat when we came to pick it up. This was much appreciated as it is our first inboard engine. Some minor work was required within the 30 day warranty period, and Trevor the service manager took care of things with no issues.

Can confirm....once you buy the boat....GET LOST. No help no worries no call backs. Trevor will likely come out spitting like a madman as well.....worth the show but not worth the money....

We purchased a new Harris pontoon from Town and Country and we're loving the boat and service we've received. We felt Justin was knowledgeable and trustworthy as a sales person. Due to covid there was a delay in receiving our new build but Justin and T&C managed our expectations and never over promised. The entire staff are friendly, courteous and helpful. Hadden was very helpful and thorough during the boat delivery process. A very pleasant and stress free experience.

Spent over $50K on a BRAND NEW 18 foot Tracker Targa W/T in early Spring, I was told by the salesperson (Dan) that I had to bring the boat to them for any service/warranty issues (this is actually not true). The tarp did not fit properly, too short (straps were defective). The salesperson assured me that a new tarp would be ordered. In the meantime there were other issues to be repaired (damage to the interior compartment, trailer bunks were burned during shipping). I later discovered that the boat was leaking! Supposedly a brand new boat with a leak! Over 15 inches of water in the boat after one weekend. When I brought it in for the repairs, we went over the list of items (and the same list was e-mailed to 'Trevor' the service person - turns out he's the owner). After about a week and a half they called to say all was fixed but when I went over the list, turns out many of the items were NOT repaired. I called again about a week or so later and they still had to test the boat (re: leak) and repair the bunks. Once again I had to call them to see if the boat was ready yet. In total they had the boat for about 3 weeks, not all damaged parts were replaced and still no new tarp! I expressed my dissatisfaction to 'Trevor' in service, thinking he was the service manager. He later informed me that he in fact is the owner!!! Horribly run, terrible customer service, and they clearly do not give a sh*t! 'Trevor' told me to get off their property and informed me that they would not service my boat any longer. Yet the only reason I brought my boat there for service was because they lied to me and said that I had to! I've confirmed that I can have it serviced at any Tracker dealer. Steer clear of this place. Salespeople clearly lie and their service is a joke. After reading another review from someone who bought what they believed to be a new boat, only to find out later that it was used, I am beginning to wonder if that's what happened to me.

Just bought a brand new Harris pontoon boat here. Justin was over sales representative and was fantastic. He is knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. The rest of the staff were excellent and also easy to deal with and in their jobs as well. I highly recommend this place

Easy to get a good review when all goes smooth. True picture is when mistakes are made or things go wrong. Pay attention to the theme of the negative responses. T&C are extremely arrogant and take no responsibility. I ordered additional seats and sales rep made an error and ordered wrong ones. Lied to me that they were on backorder when I went to pick up the boat. Found this out later when an internal email was forwarded to me in error. I only received the seats after 5 months when I took initiative to call manufacturer myself! Found out with 1 phone call that seats were never on backorder and computer glitch froze the order in the system. Worse then was they send me unassembled seats with missing parts. I have to follow up and they send me more parts but still not everything. After my frustration is escalated they just ignore me. Professional email but direct, calling them out on their lack of taking responsibility to make up for their misgivings. Don't call them out on their poor service or will they avoid all responsibility and ultimately avoid you. I had to escalate to ownership and after being ignored again I had to threaten legal action. Ownership tells me they will look into it but "my tone is not going to help". Ultimately a beat up box arrives with no note and the final missing parts. I get an email from the owner who condescendingly tells me to enjoy my boat and comments on supply chain issues from suppliers as the issue. Even after receiving all written evidence from his sales and service team and the manufacturer confirming that is was not a supply chain issues but their own doing, he can't bring himself to take responsibility and even apologize. Why? Well I had the nerve to call them out on their arrogant attitude, deceit, and repeated failures. Do NOT do business with this Marina. If anything goes wrong you'll not find a supportive service provider. I suspect the other negative reviews are not as the ownership response portrays but based on my experience are in fact well founded. As I said to them, mistakes happen. Had the sales rep taken ownership and advised me of the mistake, and then actually worked to fix it by proactively doing what I ended up doing myself, I would have been totally happy and got my seats by August instead of October. Should of had them in June and so not ideal but it happens. What a tangled web we weave however.....Business narcissism at its best. Now wait for the condescending reply from ownership deflecting this......UPDATE:response was deflection to what happened. They messed up and lied to me about what happened. Owner knows this from detailed communications but attempts to portray themselves as actually being helpful. Buyer beware. These people are arrogant. They take no responsibility. Buy your boat somewhere else. As I said, pay attention to the consistent theme of the negative responses. T&C you had your chance to make this right and chose to not take any financial responsibility for failures and leave it all on your customer.

We recently purchased a 2021 Crownline 255 SS and found the entire buying process at Town & Country Marine to be seamless and a great experience. We are very happy with our new boat and would definitely recommend Town & Country Marine.

Purchasing the boat, Great Customer Service, once you’re the proud new owner of the boat, you will get ZERO acknowledgment when service is required. This is the second time I’ve tried to get service done on my brand new boat (what does that tell you, careful what you buy from here too), and I gotten a response the first time that just made me look for somewhere else to get the work done as they weren’t helpful, Ive tried again recently and sent an email to 3 people, owner, sales guy that I bought the boat from, and the finance guy and now I get no responses from any of them. Now I’ll be going to the manufacturer to voice my complaint as well as the business bureau to do the same. Warranty are from the manufacture and covered, clearly this place just doesn’t want to live up to a Positive Customer Experience, I expect someone to respond to my Google review from TC Marine publicly, as I’ve seen on other negative posts, but keep reading the reviews people - there’s a pattern and they’re merely defending themselves, but it’s evident, after you buy from them, That will be it! So I’ll leave you with that expectation. I completely understand Covid is negatively impacting businesses alike, however, a simple acknowledgment to my email would have prevented this post, I’m not being angry, disrespectful to your staff, I’ve left out names as I still have respect for them, wish they had the same for me (customer). I merely just needed an acknowledgment of some kind and that you have my back and you’ll stand by your boats and the services we (as consumers) deserve.
