J	Jeff on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice to see a dedicated fish and chips place in a small town but ofcourse these places are pretty straight forward fry everything and serve it up with no frills at a great price. This place was no different but thats not a bad thing, the formula works and my meal tasted good. If this is the height of your bar this place gets a 5 star but if your comparing to the ultimate ofcourse these places will never go past 3 star. Ordered the halibut with fries and coleslaw, crispy oily light colored battered crust was good to see and tasted great with a clean sweet taste. The fries while fresh cut had a much darker crust and may be on the verge of an oil change however they were fluffy inside and went down nicely without any oily after taste. The coleslaw had a nice crunch and a light dressing but perhaps needs a shot of something to spruce it up. Overall happy with the service and good food for the price. Next step up would be Lakehouse or Syndicate around the corner but they are dine in only ofcourse. Note this place only takes debit or cash.

Charge for tarter packets (bulk style not even homemade) Charge for using interact Fries had 0 salt Does not include coleslaw (bought "large" for $3, waste of money) pretty expensive for the average fish and chips joint packaged everything into 1 box, almost like there's only 1 box left in the world. I read some bad reviews and some good ones, I figured perhaps it's just some hired helped that had a bad review and not the owners. Nope the owners were cheap. Will not return, pretty disappointed. Not worth it at all.

The orders were being shuffled where later pick ups were completed sooner! Also when friends and family showed up they received their orders sooner! If you aren’t going to follow a first in first out policy on this day, you are screwing up! I will never set foot in this place again!

First and most importantly, they have really great traditional style fish and chips, as well as other options. The atmosphere is really charming and largely unchanged from what you would have seen 40 years ago. Give this place a shot if you haven’t already. You won’t be disappointed!
D	David S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ $27 worth of fish and chips. The fries were un salted and very greasy. I wouldnt feed them to my dog. The fish was soggy and flavorless. The portions were very small for the price. They didn't even give us ketchup, salt, vinegar or tartar sauce. First and last time. I can't wait to see them go out of business. Hopefully before they poison someone.
