She was very responsive and considerate of our requests and needs. She was able to not only sell our house in 4 days, she generated 3 offers with the Final offer being over asking price. Also, she worked out an arrangement that allowed us to have a later move out date.
We are thrilled that we picked Rob Golfi's team and we are really pleased to have met and worked with Sharon.
Also, the follow up service after the sale is also fantastic.

She was honest with us about the things we had to do in our house to make a quick sale, but also didn’t push for us to spend too much on renovations. She made some long drives to show us places we were interested in and worked around our schedule. When we finally found our new home, she made sure she was available to come to the open house with us. She helped us offer the right price which lead the sellers to accept our offer even though there was multiple bids. When it came to selling our house, it was sold within 24 hrs of listing.
I would highly recommend Krista and her team, as they made a stressful experience so much easier!

Staging was offered and was an outstanding, we almost want to stay after they left. The offers and sale was very smooth and our agent Krista was in touch through the entire end sale. Also, the Golfi team coordinating the viewings were excellent. Love all of it from start to finish and beyond. Strongly recommend.
