★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a delightful and educational experience. I was here in May for a travel writing conference and we decided to do this tour the day we arrived. Over the course of the day on the Quebec City Food Tour with Tours Voir Quebec we sampled poutine, we tasted wine and a scrumptious pate and maple candy as well as buckwheat crepes - who knew that buckwheat was traditional way to make crepes? I didn't. We covered a lot of territory and the guide was positive and extremely knowledgeable. Loved this tour and highly recommend it. It seemed to combine history of Quebec City with architecture and food of course. Well worth the time!

She is passionate and knowledgeable, she made the tour extremely enjoyable and her energy is indefatigable. I cannot praise her enough.
