I booked a colour and 22” extensions. Once arriving after getting childcare and taking time out of my day, I was told to go home and box dye my hair and that they didn’t have 22”. I was already there so I settled for 20”. Finally noticed the hair doesn’t even match mine after leaving. I booked and paid for two services that I never got. It was confirmed days before and now she is trying to say I told her I don’t need the colour. Look back at the conversation Elizabeth. She gave me a partial refund of $100. After I spent $450. That does not even cover the install of these low quality extensions, my child care, and gas and time. She offered me 22” at 60% off. He’ll no. Why would I spend more money when you can’t even get it close to being right the first time? If you can’t run or handle a business don’t have one. You will never get a penny from me or anyone I know in the industry. Extremely unprofessional, zero ownership for your mistakes, and impossible to get what you book for.
