As a courtesy to all our guests, we ask that all cell phones be turned off or be put on silent while in the salon.
Children under 12 are not permitted in the Spa Service area unless they are receiving a service themselves.
We at Total Look pride ourselves on having the strictest standards in hygiene. All tools are thoroughly cleaned and sterilized after every use. If our trained technicians recognize any nail condition which warrants further treatment or will prevent our polish from being used, they will inform you discreetly and polish may be purchased from the salon at a 25% discount.
Please notify us, upon booking, if you have any medical conditions or have recently undergone surgery.
In order to make every treatment comfortable, we provide sanitized slippers to wear in the salon, as well as robes and gowns for body massages.
We want your visit to Total Look to meet all your expectations. If you are uncomfortable in any way, please inform your technician or the receptionist, and they will discreetly remedy the situation. If you feel displeased with any service, we would like the opportunity to make things right for you.

My husband has only had 2 pedicures in the past and we were treated to a such a very enjoyable experience! Cathy and Jodie were so awesome making us feel comfortable and bringing our winter, sad-looking feet back to life. From fixing a long time ingrown nail problem due to nail trauma from years ago to EXTREMELY cracked heels, we were educated on how to keep our newly smooth feet maintained with their advice. This salon is extremely clean and they have everything in place to ensure health safety regulations that we have to follow. Very personable and all the extra services included in the spa package were well worth the money. Will be recommending this salon and looking forward to going back soon! Highly recommend!!!

I went to her once last summer for a shellac manicure and haven't been able to change it up since. Recently started seeing her for waxing's and am just as impressed!! I can not recommend her enough

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I saw Aleah and she is The Queen of accomplishing the impossible! My eye lashes grow down and are stubborn and my eye brows were a jungle and I was stunned at how she was able to lift and tint my lashes so beautifully and easily and my eye brows have never ever looked full and I never knew they could look like movie star brows ! She is awesome and was funny and caring and I felt relaxed and had fun during my whole appointment. Very lovely experience and will be making regular visits for sure!!
