★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Tosoni is extremely knowledgeable in her field of work. She can offer her professional advice all while working with various budgets and levels of comfort. She has treated my hipper pigmentation and I’ve had several services with her. I have only had amazing experiences. The entire staff is friendly and so pleasant to deal with. I would highly recommend this cosmetic clinic to anyone looking for the very best. There are many reason why Dr. Tosoni won the “Faces of Ottawa award— favourite cosmetic clinic”.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been going to Dr. Tosoni for years. Her knowledge of injectables, years in the business and expertise to me is unrivalled. This year on a routine visit, she alerted me to a spot on my face that was highly likely to be basal cell carcinoma. She and her staff went a step further and made two recommendations to specialists. I was incredulous and went to my own GP the same day. The earliest I could get into a specialist refered by my GP to look at the spot was a month away. The specialist I chose from Dr. Tosoni’s referrals saw me and a week later surgically removed the cancer, all this three weeks after my visit at Dr. Tosoni’s. Both she and her team went above and beyond to help me and ensure I received prompt treatment. To say I am grateful, is an understatement. I highly recommend Dr. Tosoni. Her expertise is evident in the results she achieves with all injectables. You will not be disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ OMG... "Dre" Tosoni is the absolute WORSE botox doctor I have ever seen. I told her in details exactly what I wanted (it's my face, my choice), specifying that I wanted a VERY VERY SUBTLE treatment for a single part of my face, which is what I always go for at other cliniques. She nodded along as I was talking, pretending she was listening then managed to do exactly the opposite of what I asked her to do, which is to freeze my entire forehead in a way that changed my face. I now look like a walking and talking advertisement for botox gone wrong! The entire time with her lasted less than 15 minutes, during which time she proudly told me she was the doctor that did the most botox injections per year in Canada. No wonder! She probably does the exact same injection sites to each of her clients just so that she can line up more of them in the same day and make more money. I don't care if you are just into it for the money, but for Dog's sake, at least do your job correctly! She's not a doctor, she's a butcher! She's the 3rd doctor I see for botox injections (I move around a lot) and it's the very first time someone is that incompetent. I look 15 years older, and I am absolutely aghast. DO NOT GO THERE!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been seeing Dr. Tosoni for approximately 5 years, during which time I have never had a result I wasn't happy with. I love her "soft touch" approach to Botox and frankly wouldn't trust anyone else. (I frequently am told I look 5-8 years younger than I am, so she must be doing something right!) The aestheticians who work for her (Jessica and Candace) are also really skilled and don't try to upsell you; they will straight up tell you when you don't need something or to slow down on treatments, which for me is a testament to their integrity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a client of Dr. Tosoni’s for about 3 years. I get botox treatments every 3/4 months and i could not thank her enough for my confidence boost. I have never felt so confident in my own skin. By far the most pleasant experience i’ve had. She is always honest about her procedures. I came to her at the age of 22 inquiring information about botox and she told me that it wasn’t necessary yet. She truly cares about her patients well being and isn't there to cash in. Her administrative staff is also super friendly and professional. 10000/10 recommend! ❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always have such a good experience at Dr. Tosoni/ Dermapure clinic, everyone is very kind and professional. I just had the Ulthera treatment done on my neck and jaw line with Jessie James, she was extremely knowledgeable and explained the process thoroughly. She didn’t hesitate to answer any questions I had during the session and I left feeling very excited about my results to come! The Ulthera treatment itself is a little uncomfortable at times, but not painful. Thanks for the wonderful experience, looking forward to my next visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got Botox and tear trough filler. She is beyond skilled and knowledgeable. She told me exactly what she would do and what effect I would get. I had zero bruising or any side effects after my tear trough filler. It looks very natural. She used the correct filler and cannula technique which is known to be the best when I was researching. Every time I saw her she was kind and professional….most definitely returning. Reception has made mistakes with scheduling which was frustrating.
