L	Lor K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got a dip manicure and unfortunately it’s far too thick, some of my nails look like blobs. If you haven’t had dip before, it’s quite a tedious process as well and involves a lot of layering, I’d personally stick with shellac. The decor is nice here, as are the people but really disappointed in the look of my nails

Another customer tried to stand up for us and they stopped doing that customer’s nails too and told her to go somewhere Else. They are absolutely rude and arrogant here. Worst customer service.

A	Anjie Hamel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly, I would go spend my money somewhere else… even though the staff is incredibly sweet, I do not recommend their services. I asked for acrylic nails, they did dip powder instead, and I got eyelash extensions done, I’m pretty sure it was done with eyelash glue because all of the extensions are falling off 4 days later. I asked for 3d and got hybrids, and the latter half of the service was spent ungluing my eyelids so they could open. No nanomisting, so the glue used didn’t cure well. The eyelashes, I’m pretty sure are made of plastic, and not synthetic faux mink, so they used cheap shiny lash extensions. Some extensions were straight up glued to my eyelid, while some of my natural eyelashes were clumped together. I would give a 1 star, but the people there are super nice.
M	Maria Da Silva on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably the worst nails i’ve ever had. I completely wasted my money because i’m embarrassed to wear them out and will get them removed. They are a lot shorter than what I asked for, and most of them are either crooked or bumpy. The shellac polish doesn’t go all the way down which makes it look like i’ve had these nails for a week and they’re grown out. The ladies at the salon are nice but it doesn’t make up for the poor job done.

E	Eryn Schwartz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this salon on Saturday December 4th I got a fill in for my Acrylics and lashes done. during the time the lady was doing my nails I noticed a few issues that I asked to be corrected and they did not until I stopped and said this is over my cuticle and I want it fixed as well as your acrylic is already lifting from my nails I want that corrected. They proceeded to just put more acrylic on my nail to cover it up and not even 2 days later they were lifting and breaking at my cuticles. On top of the Acrylic being laid wrong and not shaped properly I asked for a design and they said oh we don't have a Christmas tree but we can use this for the star- which led me to believe that they were going to draw on the tree- after I said where is the tree they said oh we don't have so we cant do I said I thought you were going to draw it on? they attempted to draw it on and it looked horrible. I told them to remove the art work and I left extremely unhappy with my nails the shape and fact I have lifting nails. I will not be going back or ever recommending this salon. Edited to add that and only after 4 days my eyelashes are also falling out on my right eye. and a whole nail has come off.****
