They arrived within 3 weeks of the quote being signed once the weather had improved. Tree was large with a 46 cm diameter base. Work was completed to our satisfaction within 4 hours. Tree was cut to 30 cm above the ground and all debris was removed. After completion, site and driveway were raked clean. Theirs was the lowest of two quotes. Final payment was exactly as quoted with no hidden fees.

They provided fast friendly service, and gave an accurate quote that contained no hidden or add-on costs and explained exactly what it would cover. They removed all the cut wood and did an excellent job of cleaning up the wood chips and shavings when they were finished. Did the job in one day, very quick and professional crew.

Searched online and found Toronto Tree Guys. Spoke with Suraj on May 24 and him and his team came by that evening to assess the issue and informed us that the limb can be removed safely and not to worry it can be done. This being the first time a tree limb so big to snap off from a storm was a bit scary and my family was worried how it could be done. Suraj and this team came by the next day and did what exactly he said he would do. The execution and performance was outstanding and put my mind at ease with the work that was accomplished. We are grateful to Suraj and his team for the work they did and would not hesitate again to call on his company to provide service. Everything was cleaned up and they left as if nothing had happened. They we careful with the street power lines and cable lines in the back. I was initially concerned because they were much cheaper than two other estimates we obtained but they were professional and very good at their job. The estimate was accurate and they left the site cleaner then they found it.
