★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is not a review of the IMA Building or program itself, but the cage. The lines become ABYSMALLY slow. I once waited in a TWO person line for TWENTY MINUTES.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cage co-manager Dina is always rude and talks to students with a condescending attitude as if she is doing a favour by lending equipment, while in fact she is providing customer service to a fee paying customer. This is unacceptable.
In contrast, Jonathan Duder is the friendliest, most helpful and understanding manager.
