I recently heard Dr. Sharon Cohen speak about Alzheimer research at the Alzheimer Society York Region Forget-Me-Not Breakfast. I was thrilled to hear about the progress made in fighting this devastating disease. Dr. Cohen and her team are doing amazing work and there is hope. Yes, HOPE. For a disease that costs more for care in our society than cancer and heart disease together!...we need to pay attention to this issue and Toronto Memory Program needs our support. Keep up the amazing work Dr. Cohen and team. We so need you all!

Our diabetes education team recently had the pleasure of partnering with Toronto Memory Program for a virtual event. Dr. Sharon Cohen’s presentation on the latest updates in Alzheimer’s Disease research was comprehensive, engaging, and thoroughly enjoyed by all. Our clients had the opportunity to ask lots of questions at the end, which was very much appreciated. Sincere thanks to Dr. Cohen and the staff at Toronto Memory Program for helping make our event so successful!

Dr. Sharon Cohen gave a terrific talk to the Probus club of Richmond Hill. She made up-to-the-minute medical information easily understandable to a lay audience, and was particularly good at answering a wide range of questions. Our members thought she was one of our very best speakers.

Dr. Cohen presented a very comprehensive summary of new approaches to memory care to the Burlington PROBUS Club in May 2022. It was very well received due to her clear graphics and messages that really useful treatments are on the verge of becoming widely available.

Dr. Sharon Cohen has spoken at the VON Middlesex-Elgin Alzheimer Awareness Event the past 3 years. Her presentations are amazing. She explains things clearly, offers a wide range of information, brings so much hope and takes care and time to answer questions. She and the rest of her team are a pleasure to work with.

The Alzheimer Society of Hamilton Halton requested Dr. Cohen to be our guest speaker for our annual Alzheimer Awareness month lecture where she discussed Aducanumab. Her approachability in organizing the event and her calm and knowledgeable presence made the event a complete success. I cannot recommend Dr. Cohen enough as she is not only extremely knowledgeable of dementia but genuinely passionate.
