Until I called them, I did not have any idea that this was a large-scale, Business to Business company; not dealing with retail consumers. To my surprise, I was treated very respectfully, even after clearly revealing my bare-minimal need, I was directed to a professional, and was offered a free sample of what I needed for my project. This was beyond, far beyond my expectation. Thanks, and wish you the best. Keep up your service-level and mentality for all your customers.
