B	Boni Bon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't go there for ear wax removal, they didn't remove all my wax - first time in my life it happens (and I have to remove it on a yearly basis), She didn't used the suction (the machine was too quiet :" totally different system" that's what she claimed). I think she was too lazy for the work! And... she told me to come back after applying oil for 2 weeks AND pay another 72 dollars, for what? for filling my ears again with water after saying that I have tinnitus? regretfully I really needed to remove the wax so I agreed for it. awful experience! never again allowing someone to flush my ears

He needs hearing aids, was quoted approx $7000 for top of the line hearing aids from Signia. Asked to try them as wasn't convinced of the results and audiologist was very sales oriented, but this was offered at a high price (somewhere in the hundreds). Finally got around to getting another assessment from a clinic in the area. No fee to demo, and same signia top of the line were $5500, and we were able to purchase. Huge difference in price, no difference in service. Recommend price shopping as this place is very very very expensive....
E	Elizabeth L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked an ear wax removal appointment with TFH after having gone to an ENT in the past for a similar issue, and picked TFH specifically because they offered a suction option, unlike many other clinics in the city. My ear was so clogged that I had lost partial hearing and drugstore options like ear wax removal drops, etc. hadn't done anything to help. Paxton, the audiologist who did the removal, was fantastic -- she explained every step of the process and why she was choosing one method of removal over another. Because of the wax buildup, she couldn't see my ear drum and thus couldn't be sure how deep my ear canal was, so she decided to start with the water flushing. That's all we needed! She got all of it out in one appointment, compared to my ENT who needed two sessions despite using the suction method. She was clear and communicative about each step of the process, made sure I was comfortable as we progressed through the session, and offered follow up care suggestions for home that, again, my ENT never shared with me. I can definitely recommend TFH for wax removal!

With that said, make sure you read the details before going or else you will end up getting scammed out of $80 and receive no service what so ever other than an ear check. I found their ear wax cleaning services on Google, scheduled an appointment because their clinic was fairly priced compared to others, however I received NO cleaning upon inspection. The policy is a scam. I disagree with the policy that you pay the full price if the service is unable to be done - this policy SHOULD be revised. I went to another clinic a week later and GOT the service I asked for (ear wax was removed at the other clinic) after being told I had no ear wax by Toronto Family Hearing. And the service was FREE by friends and family referral elsewhere. This is why I believe TFH’s business is scamming. My recommendation is to find a clinic that does free examination/assessment. Toronto Family Hearing.. shame.

I received a response to my enquiry within the hour and was quickly given an appointment. I had assumed it would likely be due to a build up of wax (a common issue for me) but the audiologist found that this time that wasn’t the case. Despite only booking for wax removal, they also performed a hearing test as well which was great. The team at the clinic are all very helpful and friendly. Would very much recommend.
