★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There's probably only one person who works at the front desk who is kind, patient and polite. Everyone else pretty much gets use to dealing with difficult clients and are very quick to treat everyone else with bare minimum respect. Most of the housing coordinators could care less about their clients safety or mental well being in assisting them appropriately. The system is outdated and unsupportive.
