J’ai visiter ce salon, elle a une façon très désagréable de parler soit avec les clientes et même les élèves qui sont en apprentissage… je ne vais pas aller plus loin, car je pourrais en dire beaucoup sur son caractère de mal élevé! De plus si vous donnez un POURBOIRE à un étudiant, avisez l’étudiant devant elle, car elle vole les pourboires et ne les donne pas. D’après moi, on devrait lui enlever ce salon. The owner of the tornado salon “Julie” is the worst owner ever. I visited this salon, she has a very unpleasant way of talking either with clients and even students who are in apprenticeship… I won't go any further, because I could say a lot about her bad-mannered character! Also if you TIP a student, notify the student in front of her, as she steals the tips and does not give them. In my opinion, we should take this living room away from him.

On nous a dit au téléphone qu’il charge pour les chevaux courts 75 $ et les chevaux longs 105 $ pour le soin lissant BOTOX. Il ne considère pas mes chevaux comme les chevaux courts. (la photo ci-jointe). J’ai payé 105 $ On était quatre amies, nous ne sommes pas contentes du résultat. On a le même résultat : aucun changement sur nos chevaux. Je les ai appelés, une étudiante m’a répondu disant qu’elle va aviser son prof pour m’appeler le mercredi, mais je ne reçois toujours pas l’appel. Le prix de traitement de soin est moins cher qu’ailleurs, mais ça ne veut pas la peine. Really disappointed with her services. I don't see any change on my horses. They are as before the treatment. Si vous êtes une personne autonome et désiré apprendre la coiffure c'est une bonne endroit! En plus les fournisseurs de coiffure sont proche de l'école alors c'est facile de trouver ce qu'ont recherche lorsque qu'ont débute et se faire conseiller :) I studied there about 5-6 years ago! I had a good experience teaching me the basics of hairdressing and I have a thriving career today because of them! If you are an autonomous person and want to learn hairdressing, this is a good place! In addition, the hairdressing suppliers are close to the school so it's easy to find what you're looking for when you start and get advice :)

I asked if I could explain in english because my french isn't great and they said yeah but as soon as I switched to english they hung up on me. They did the same thing to me a couple years ago too but for some reason I tried again. Haircuts from here are decent though, average I guess, but they also use cheap products.

From day 1 i realized that it is not like any other hair botax that i have had done previously. The manager didnt act responsible and reacteted with a kind of attitude ; like you paid only $140 and you dont deserve a good service for the money. Never try this salon or you will regret that. I tried many times to call the salon within the first 7 days after the service, but for some unknown reasons nobody answers my calls and they ignored my voice messages
