★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Has to be one of the worse customer services I've experienced. The staff is rude and told me that the hairstylist was busy and could take me in 30 mins, even if I had an appointment (I had already been waiting for 15 mins at that point). They only did so after making me wait, and very rudely, without even apologizing. Then, the price they give you at the end is not what you agreed on (30 vs 60$), don't ask for consent or opinion before doing something to your hair, and still charge for it. Surely not going back.
