I was on the lookout for gluten-free and dairy-free donuts for my best friend's virtual bridal shower and I came across Tori's Bakeshop downtown Toronto. I emailed first before placing an order to discuss the dietary restrictions and flavours and received such prompt responses. I was so happy with their communication and most importantly, my best friend absolutely loved the donuts. She said they were delicious! Thanks so much, Tori's Bakeshop! We'll definitely be returning. The coffee is good. But why is everything so expensive!! Was shocked when I was charged over $8 for a cup of latte. Plus tips on top of that. I gave their baked goods a lot of chances. But it's just bad without the dairy and eggs. I honestly don't understand the hype.

Spent $78 on 4 cinnamon buns and a few cupcakes so was expecting something pretty fabulous. Not so when I bit into the cinnamon bun. It was very dry and nothing special for the price. Vegan, gf food doesn't have to taste bad if you know how to bake. I won't be returning.

Ordered a vanilla birthday cake online, came exactly as ordered and on the day requested with no issues whatsoever. Cake was absolutely delicious, I actually didn't end up taking a slice until 4 days after the cake was delivered as I need to be in the mood for sweet things as I am more of a savory guy. The cake was still moist and fluffy, the icing was just enough to carry the sweetness without overpowering and was also light on the mouthfeel and melted in the mouth almost like whipped cream. I am generally not a fan of the almost liquid sugar type of icing you sometimes get on cakes that sticks to every part of your mouth so the icing on this was damn near perfect! Looking forward to the chocolate cake I ordered for my wife's second "family" birthday celebration at the weekend and will likely encourage an order for a carrot cake from Tori's for my own birthday in May!

Good selection and vast array of treats to try from. Id give it a 5/5 for the cupcakes and cookies but the gluten free donuts were definitely an acquired taste. Even my kiddos who love donuts would not finish them past the first bite. Unfortunate as they aren't cheap. With that said everything else was gobbled up, and we know for next time what our preference are.

(I’m celiac) I am always nervous trying new places and their website is honest with the possibility of cross contamination of gluten. I had no reaction and the treats were delicious. super great location on Queen close to the beach.

Gluten free cake melted upon transporting from location to venue - make sure you check care instructions on website as staff won't let you know. Taste was not so great as well - too sweet and cardboard-like flavour. We ended up throwing it out. Make sure to ask for instructions on storage. The cupcakes were delicious so giving them an extra star.
