★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Topline Flooring is indeed Top in their line of business. Owner (Harpreet Happy) is a man of his words. His staff is equally nice and knowledgable. He went extra miles in fixing some issue with the tiles we bought from Topline. He covered all the work and cost of cleaning up to reinstalling tiles for us. I have never seen such a great, honest and Topline service from any contractor/supplier. I STRONGLY recommend him for all tiles and marble needs.

I am there quite frequently choosing tiles for ongoing projects and have found that they constantly are updating the showroom and displaying new tiles weekly. I was really pleased with the help and suggestions I received from their sales advisor Simmer. I will definitely recommend Topline Flooring. I look forward to using Topline Flooring for all my future projects!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great Customer Service. I went to there surrey store to go purchase some tiles for my basement suite. They didn't have the ones I wanted in stock so one of the owners drove to his abbotsford location and delivered them to my house. Great Service and selection. Highly Recommend Topline!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please teach to your workers about the price. Half an hour before spoke with one of your employee for Vinyl flooring price, she said 3.49 per sq ft but we can reduce 10 cents maximum. I am back with family and finalize the product TFSPC 424 then other employee is available not in the same ,she is also said 3.49 per sq feet but we can give 10 cents discount. I told her to check with management, is there any possibility to go for 3.29 per sq feet, she said she will check with Manager and revert back to me with 3.69 per sq feet based on managers instruction.
Too bad and you guys don't know how to deal with Customer. Also need to stop unwanted ego with customers.
