★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abysmal customer service and no apparent interest in repairing their mediocre work. We had our facia and siding come loose in a few spots, so we asked if there was any warranty coverage (2019) build. Four days, two emails, and two voicemails later, I finally received a response. Trevor, their GM, stated that the job was outside their warranty period. Fair enough, so I asked for a quote to repair these issues (again, their work), and Trevor himself told me to find a different company to repair the problems since they'd need to bring out a lift and it would be expensive(!) Funny, I didn't mention any sort of budgetary constraints. So, I took his advice and called a different company who were all too happy to come out and quote me for the job. This is how you hand business to your competition. By being a dismissive, presumptuous buffoon. Anyway, all's well that ends well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude service staff. Likely over-committed since they sound like you're a burden for even calling. Their manager is no better. Also worth mentioning, their prices are not at all competitive. Look elsewhere for a better experience all around.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible customer service, unsatisfactory call returns. Trevor(the head honcho) is terrible, he’s short with you and doesn’t return emails or phone calls. Their website says they care and that they are willing to help you after you buy but they aren’t. They refer you to the contractors - I didn’t hire them, you did. They left holes in our floor, holes in our walls, unpainted areas, cracks in our cement and so many more things unfinished I could go on and on. We bought this house with the promise of them coming to fix all of the above mentioned. We made the mistake of trusting them. The first couple years was like the honeymoon phase… all things were good in the house. Then bam, one thing after the other including a giant window that leaks. Which, after 5 years we finally got fixed(hopefully, will find out during this spring thaw) he sends guys to the house who are handymen - no actual journeymen. Not saying that handymen can’t do the job, but for warranty work I kinda feel like a plumber should do plumbing etc. If I could give negative stars I would. We thought buying from a builder who only does a few houses a year would be a good thing. Small company - good craftsmanship. Man we’re we ever wrong. The only good thing outta this house was the electrical company - so helpful, honest and always willing to help. Anyways. Steer clear of Trevor and his Topline house helpers.
