“Top of the Line was amazing for us in a pinch. Our AC unit (not installed by them) fried our furnace panel. They came over within an hour of our call to figure out the issue and then fixed the problem the next morning. We had the same thing happen a couple of years ago and it was fixed by a different company at a higher cost. Honestly, Top of the Line was so much quicker, affordable, and had fabulous customer service. They also fixed the actual issue with the AC unit and did a little preventative work…And it was still much more affordable than the first fix! Highly recommend!”

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service. They arrived in less than 30 minutes. Technician found the problem quickly and fixed it fast. When your furnace isn't working and it's -20 you appreciate the quick service. Not a fan of the $20 truck charge, what do you expect, he should walk here! You have to use the truck anyway so it is just another way of padding the bill.That is why I took one star off.

We called Top of the Line first thing in the morning and Doug was able to promptly come and look at our furnace. He was able to quickly and accurately diagnose and fix the issue. We would use them again.
